We are seeking a dedicated and experienced In-Home Supervisor to lead our team in delivering outstanding in-home care for individuals with disabilities. If you are passionate about supporting both staff and clients while ensuring high-quality, person-centered care, we would love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and provide support to caregivers delivering in-home care to individuals with disabilities.
Ensure that clients receive personalized and high-quality care that meets their individual needs.
Offer ongoing training, mentorship, and guidance to caregiving staff to promote professional development.
Monitor and ensure the accurate documentation of care plans, services, and client progress.
Assist in the scheduling and coordination of in-home care services to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for both clients and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
A compassionate, patient, and supportive leadership approach.
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for some roles.
