We are actively seeking a Recruiter Assistant to join our team in our Madison office. We are looking for a result driven person who enjoys helping other find their true calling as a caregiver. As an Assistant Recruiter on our team, you’ll be responsible for: Maintaining all candidate information on our applicant tracking system, schedule interviews, obtain references, complete required checks on applicants plus miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Do you have a flexible schedule? Are you available to work a variety of shifts during the day, evening, and weekends? Our Regional Caregivers work 40 hours a week in any of our homes filling vacancies as they arise. Your flexibility grants you a higher pay scale due to filling in where needed with an ever-changing schedule. Schedules are provided in advance but can change as our needs fluctuate. Experience is preferred for this position, but we will train the right person. A valid driver’s license, insurance and access to a vehicle is required
