Caregiver/Residential Coordinator
Would you like to make a difference every day in someone’s life? Our caregivers are the backbone to the success of the clients we support. Are you caring and compassionate? Do you enjoy seeing others succeed? We are consistently looking for individuals to provide in-home daily living assistance as well as rec/leisure activities. No experience? That’s ok, we train you to be a successful caregiver!!
Overnight Sleep Caregiver
Are you looking for a great way to earn extra income, provide support for our clients and get paid to sleep? We have a variety of part-time and full-time sleep positions available. As an overnight caregiver you will be assisting with overnight care if needed as well as evening and morning routines. Depending on the shift, you may need to drive the client to work in the morning, therefore you must have a valid driver’s license and insurance and be comfortable with personal cares.
Regional Caregiver
Do you have a flexible schedule? Are you available to work a variety of shifts during the day, evening, and weekends? Our Regional Caregivers work 40 hours a week in any of our homes filling vacancies as they arise. Your flexibility grants you a higher pay scale due to filling in where needed with an ever-changing schedule. Schedules are provided in advance but can change as our needs fluctuate. Experience is preferred for this position, but we will train the right person. A valid driver’s license, insurance and access to a vehicle is required
Program Manager
Are you looking for a career opportunity where you can make a difference in the lives of others? Look no further! We are a client-driven non-profit that is consistently striving to have all the individuals we serve achieve their highest level of independence. In this position you will not only provide high quality direct care but also perform various administrative duties. You will work in conjunction with the caregivers you supervise and with guardians, family members, care teams and physicians. A valid driver’s license, insurance and access to a vehicle is required.
Program Director
Are you looking to take your Caregiving and Supervisory skills to the next level? This supervisory position acts as a liaison internally between our Caregivers, Leads and RN’s, externally you are the primary contact for family members, guardians, vocational agencies, physicians, and other support staff. As a director some duties include complete schedules, approve timecards, review and ensure care plans are being followed, assist with physician appointments and required follow up appointments, meet with the care team and provide regular contact with the support team. A valid driver’s license, insurance and access to a vehicle is required.
